Not walkin' in a Winter Wonderland

A parody of Walkin' in a Winter Wonderland.. Submitted by louise (Award 565), age 16

(Sung to the tune of: Walkin' in a Winter Wonderland)

I'm walkin' up my lane,
The snow and sludge, is a pain,
I'm in a rush,
An' my shoes are plush,

Not walkin' in a Winter Wonderland.

You have to tread with care,
And it's not fair,
This is snow in the UK,
And it's not okay,

Not walkin' in a Winter Wonderland.

I got hit, with a snowball,
Gotta be careful, not to fall,
This is no longer fun,
But I'm not done,

Not walkin' in a Winter Wonderland.

The top yard, is snowball world,
And it makes your lip, go curled,
The snow day's a no go,
But we can have fun though,

Not walkin' in a Winter Wonderland.

The teacher's spread the news,
Of the school's closing muse,
We all go to form,
Our day's been reformed,

Now I'm walking in a Winter Wonderland.

It's a perfect dasy,
Nothin' can get in ma way,
Then I made a pledge,
To go and sledge,

Now, I'mm walkin', in a Winter, Wonderland.
